I work as a "second brain" and strategic advisor for a select group of founders who manage substantial businesses. Some have been with me for 6-7+ years. One calls me for every decision—including whether to buy his third Ferrari. Another runs a $200M+ company in a complex family business environment.
The expert of their own business is always the last to recognize the limits of their invisible cage—built from habits, beliefs, and assumptions accumulated over years.
You're immersed in your work. You manage urgencies. You don't have the time or distance to step back and analyze your situation with clarity. That's normal.
My role isn't to teach you your craft. You know it better than anyone.
My work is closer to that of an external processor: I help you organize your thoughts, separate data from opinions, and see the traps before you fall into them.
I'm not here to pat you on the back. I'm here to offer a different perspective—not based on theory, but on continuous observation of dozens of businesses navigating similar waters.

Every framework I teach, I've tested first. My rule: 30 experiments, at least 19 successes. If it doesn't work in the real world, it doesn't exist.
Numbers > Opinions
Feelings are important, but decisions are made with data. I'll teach you to read your company like a dashboard, not a horoscope.
Systems > Heroes
If your company depends on you (or any single person), you don't have a company. You have a job in disguise. We build systems that work regardless.
Profit > Revenue
Making a lot of revenue and taking home little is the fastest way to burn out. Better less revenue and more margin. Always.
Life > Work
I didn't leave Italy and Switzerland for Dubai because I had to. I did it because I could. Because I built something that allowed me to. That's the goal: real freedom.
Credentials Matter Less Than Results
The founders I work with don't care about my background. They care that when they face a critical decision, they have someone in their corner who understands the stakes and will tell them the truth.

Quality Over Quantity
I can only work with a small number of founders at any given time. This isn't artificial scarcity—it's math.
To provide the level of attention BoardRoom requires—weekly calls, ongoing availability, deep contextual understanding—I can only serve a handful of clients.
To maintain quality in Confidential—real strategic partnership, not superficial check-ins—the numbers have to stay reasonable.
This means I'm selective. Not everyone who applies is accepted. The qualification process is mutual—I need to understand if I can genuinely help you, and you need to understand if this is the right investment for where you are.
