The Founder Upgrade collects the minimum data needed to deliver our services and to communicate with founders who choose to hear from us. We never sell data. We never share data with third parties beyond the operational partners listed below. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

What we collect.

The email address and details you submit through our forms (application, contact, newsletter, quiz, book waitlist, conversation booking).
The basic technical data your browser sends to any website (IP address, browser, device, referring page), processed by Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not retain personally identifiable information. The only thing our own site stores in your browser is your consent choice (accept or decline), saved locally on your device. Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects our forms from bots, may set its own short-lived anti-abuse state on pages with a form.
The data necessary to process a purchase, if you buy a book or book a conversation, processed by our payment provider.
The data needed to operate our internal CRM, Brevo.

What we do with it.

Reply to your messages and applications.
Send you the materials you requested (trap profile, book updates, booking confirmations).
Send you the monthly newsletter, only if you opted in.
Operate the website (load pages, fill forms, process payments).
Understand which pages are read, in aggregate. If you decline the cookie notice, this analytics script never loads and nothing is tracked.

Brevo, our email and CRM provider.
Plausible Analytics, our privacy-friendly analytics provider.
Vercel, our hosting provider.
Cloudflare Turnstile, our form anti-spam provider.
Stripe, our payment provider, only for purchases.

Send you a copy of the data we have on you.
Correct any inaccurate data.
Delete your data.
Withdraw consent at any time.
