Payment Terms

Payment terms are established upon acceptance into an advisory program. Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. Specific payment schedules and terms will be outlined in your advisory agreement.

Intellectual Property

All frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided during advisory sessions remain the intellectual property of The Founder Upgrade L.L.C-FZ. You may use these materials for your own business purposes but may not redistribute or resell them.

Limitation of Liability

The Founder Upgrade L.L.C-FZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our advisory services or implementation of advice provided.
