The Founder Upgrade is operated by The Founder Upgrade L.L.C-FZ, registered in the United Arab Emirates. Throughout this document, “we” refers to the company and “you” refers to the visitor or customer.

• The Upgrade Audit, a 2-hour strategic diagnosis with written report, $5,000 USD, application only.
• The 90-Day Strategic Sprint, a focused advisory engagement on one constraint, $25,000 USD, application only.
• Annual Advisory, an ongoing strategic advisory partnership, $75,000 USD per year, application only.
• The Founder Upgrade, the book, sold in print and digital formats.
• Delegate The Noise, the book, available 2026, currently waitlist only.

• Advisory programs (Audit, Sprint, Annual Advisory): fees are invoiced after acceptance. Refund terms are stated in the engagement agreement for each program.
• Books: standard return windows from the retailer apply.
• Access to digital materials is lifetime, unless explicitly stated.

• Resell, redistribute, or republish our books, advisory materials, or proprietary frameworks without written permission.
• Pass private cohort discussions or materials outside the cohort.
• Misrepresent the relationship with The Founder Upgrade.

• We cannot promise specific business outcomes from the programs or the books. The work is done by the founder. We provide the system, the guidance, and the time.
• We can promise that the work is taken seriously, that the materials are current, and that the standards described on this website are how we operate in practice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are resolved in the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

We update these terms when our offerings or operations change. The latest version is always at this URL. Material changes are notified by email to customers and subscribers.
